Job position requirements (skills/languages/required experience): Double degree in Physics and Chemistry, Degree in Chemistry or Degree in PhysicsMaster in Chemistry (specializing in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry), or Master in Theoretical ChemistryPhD, specializing in Computational Chemistry (Candidates who are currently doing their PhD must be able to prove their completion before 31 January 2025)IT skills: Mac, Linux and/or Windows operating systems knowledge and basic/advanced office, programmingEnglish Language: fluent (minimum level B2)Previous experience in Computational Chemistry and/or Astrochemistry will be valued.
Knowledge on Computational Chemistry, particularly on atomistic simulations based on quantum chemistry, electronic structure methods, chemical kinetics, and molecular dynamics will be appreciated.
An excellent track record (i.e., publications, congress presentations, and stays at foreign laboratories) is expected, as well as a high level of written and spoken English (minimum B2).
Other languages will be valued.
Teamwork ability is essential.
Benefits: 11 months contract - Gross annual salary: 30,000 €
