Work to be performed: Design, fabrication and experimental characterization of microelectronics circuits for X Band radiofrequency.

Functions to be performed: Functional and electrical design of amplifiers, filters, delay and oscillation circuits in the X-band. Layout design of amplifiers, filters, delay and oscillation circuits in the X-band. Experimental characterization of amplifiers, filters, delay and oscillation circuits in the X-band. Eligibility criteria: PhD in Physics, Electronic Engineering or similar disciplines. - 30 points Specific accredited training in RF devices and systems and/or microelectronic design - 20 points Accredited work experience in RF devices and systems and/or microelectronic design - 25 points Personal interview: The interview will only be carried out with candidates who achieve a minimum of 50 points in the sum of the other two merits. - 25 points Selection process: The application must be submitted through the University of Santiago de Compostela's website, specifically enabled for this purpose, before the deadline Convocatoria Pública Ordinaria 14/2024 (Ordinary Public Call 14/2024).
