We are currently looking for a Post Travel Agent based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Review, analyse and investigate all complaints,and post travel issues raised by customers following their stay/transfer, providing a response and/or solution to said complaint in accordance with the established guidelines and the priorities set by management in order to achieve maximum satisfaction and efficiency of resources. Daily duties ; Work on assigned cases in Zendesk based on the guidelines given by the head of department. Analyse and compile documentation and data related to customer complaints in order to clarify and resolve doubts related to the complaint itself and/or the corresponding compensation. Communicate regularly with customers and suppliers to keep them up to date with the status of their incident or complaint. Calculate the financial compensation or reimbursement that may be due in each case and inform the customer, administration and supplier in order to settle the claim. Profile Background in tourism/travel agency work. Knowledge of customer service and dealing with complaints Languages; English written (high standard if not native), Spanish, other languages a bonus IT skills; Knowledge of CRM Systems (ej. Salesforce and /or Zendesk) an advantage but not essential You should be a good communicator and negotiator with both verbal and written skills, have plenty of initiative and patience as well as a strong interest in detailed investigation.
