The role
We're seeking a proactive Post Producer who thrives in managing projects from start to finish.
You'll oversee post-production workflows for digital campaigns and educational content, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multi-channel and multi-platform purposes.
You'll manage budgets, schedules, and collaborate with both our in-house team and freelancers, keeping everything running smoothly while maintaining the creative integrity of each project.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of post-production, from editing and motion design to final delivery.Ensure top-notch delivery across multiple platforms and channels.Manage project schedules, overseeing the smooth execution of all post-production phases for digital campaigns and educational content.Source and manage freelance talent as needed, adapting to project requirements.Interpret briefs, manage timelines, and provide accurate cost estimates for post-production work.Anticipate challenges and prioritize urgent tasks, adjusting schedules and workflows as needed.Maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the entire process.Facilitate seamless communication between the creative team and other stakeholders.Ensure projects meet creative standards and are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with expectations.Tailor post-production strategies to meet the specific needs of each digital campaign or educational content piece, optimizing for different platforms and audiences.Establish workflows for improving processes, particularly for producing multi-language and multi-platform content.What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.3+ years of experience in post-production project management.Proactive, motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Google Workspace, Frame.io, and other relevant post-production tools.Solid understanding of the post-production pipeline and workflows.Experience in managing post-production projects for digital campaigns and educational content across multiple platforms and channels.The Perfect Fit Will Also Have
Proven experience in managing multi-language content, ensuring seamless adaptation and optimization for diverse platforms.Experience with remote team management and cross-functional collaboration.A passion for using project management tools and innovative techniques to level up post-production processes.Experience in managing creative projects with freelance teams.Familiarity with social media content management.Your mindset

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona.
For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.
Working model
As of 2025, our full-time team will be adopting a 4-day workweek with Fridays off.Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate and connect.For this role, you will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period.Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.Diversity & Inclusion
