Post-Audit Operations Coordinator (For Quality Team)

About the position This role is integrated into the Quality department. The team member shall perform the present tasks inherent to such position including, but not limited to, the following tasks below.

Tasks & responsibilities: Generation of reports (drafts, finals, existing) starting from the released parent reports.Centralize the CAPA follow-up of audits (external stakeholder)Validation of customer requests for existing reportsAuthorization flow for the issuance of existing reports (external stakeholder)Support in different admin tasks in the Quality team Required skills Open and communicativeProblem-solving and efficiency-driven mindsetFluent English communication skills in written and spoken (other languages are appreciated as well)High computer and tech affinityMS Office skillsProfessional behavior in front of the client, auditors, and teammates Nice to have: Experience in GxP or ISO 9001 environmentsExperience in the Indian pharmaceutical market What we can offer?
