The Cost Manager manages the global process and tool related to Positions and Labor cost planning and reporting within the myPositionsCost tool.
Responsibilities:Closely cooperate with system users and act as the main advisor for various P&C-related queries (such as, but not limited to SAP HR, labor cost, P&C processes, and procedures).Maintain contact with Power Users from more than 100 different JTI entities, working globally with a variety of cultures and business practices, driving consistency and efficiency across the organization.Empower Power Users by upskilling them with system knowledge, offering guidance during planning cycles, organizing training and webinars, and demonstrating new system functionalities as updates are implemented.Onboard new entities to the myPositionsCost tool and maintain training portal materials.Collaborate with Finance and IT as part of the cross-functional team to coordinate new system developments based on customer feedback and improve system performance.Explore and assess the integration of ChatJTI within the new tool to enhance user experience and streamline self-service support processes.Track payroll data load, provide access to myPositionsCost, and audit roles.During the financial planning cycle, manage the Positions & Labor cost planning process, establish deadlines, provide planning instructions, and send communications.
Additionally, oversee the central locking of the system.Requirements:University degree preferably in economics, finance, or accounting.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a multinational organization, with a background in Finance, FP&A, or position planning.Excellent knowledge of English.Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.Customer orientation and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to work autonomously with a structured approach.Analytical skills to interpret and communicate results of planning, and ability to provide constructive suggestions to challenge the status quo.What to expect:Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
