JOB DESCRIPTION: The Portfolio & Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for monitoring the progress and providing a summary status report of the Strategy and HBX functional areas Portfolio, providing visibility of the progress and metrics defined and ensuring the accuracy of the data reported. Additionally, this role generates the reporting around the audit activities of the Project Excellence & Portfolio reporting area. The role includes preparing the required reports and supporting all project managers to provide the right level of information. Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate the portfolio manager to define a clear strategy for the Strategy Portfolio. This role consolidates and follows up on all corrective action plans agreed to solve key issues identified in projects where their setup and performance are not up to the standards defined by the Project Excellence area. The role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining project data (including financials, metrics, and plans), identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. It is responsible for linking the market trends provided by corporate and commercial strategy to the portfolio management supporting the identification of gaps and required considerations. Additionally, this role will ensure the creation of templates that allow the Business Sponsors & Owners to provide updates into the TO and ExCo meetings and supervise their final content providing feedback to the presenter (usually n-1, n-2). These reports will be presented in front of the ExCo members in the Transformation Office monthly committee and at the ExCo. The role will assist in preparing communications including performance summaries, recommendations and trends to support the overall strategy portfolio activities . Responsibilities: Support on the monitoring of the Strategy Portfolio including all strategic projects and transformation programs to facilitate decision making by elevating the right level of reporting (progress, content, KPIs)
