Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the digital, omni-channel team that's driving our huge commercial transformation.Your 'day today'You will be the conventional business guardian to achieve PMI leadership in assigned territory - the Canary Islands & Andorra.You will develop the business strategy and translate it into plans that will drive share of market and volume targets while building our brands' equity.Essential role in thinking ahead and creating a strategic plan for our brands, looking for efficiency and optimal results for PMI.Leading the development of conventional tobacco category (CC) initiatives throughout the year (new launches, limited editions, revamp…), helping coordinate together with Commercial Operations for effective activations.Key for supporting the implementation of the initiatives working with Commercial Operation to achieve KPIs (volumes and execution related KPIs).Monitoring CC category performance and initiative results, as well as actively providing qualitative feedback on current market situation and thinking creatively to propose solutions to problems.Who we are looking forStrong interest in Marketing & Sales with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or similar.Experience in the area of consumer insights, marketing research, and consumer data analytics.Previous experience in Field Sales Force is valued.8-10 years of professional background.Portfolio & brand strategy and project management knowledge and experience.Strong consumer-focused mindset and collaboration skills, enjoying working in a cross-functional team.Team leadership skills and experience in team management.Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.What we offerOur success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
