As a Portfolio Manager, you will execute the Portfolio Management duties with regard to Alternative Investments, especially, but not limited to, Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt. You will collaborate closely with the investment advisors with the regular review of the investments pipeline and budget. Job Specification: Review investment opportunities and related analysis received by FundRock LIS' advisors.Understand and review complex financial models projecting future earnings and profits potential and use this to form your own judgement.Work closely with investment advisors to assess financial, legal- and tax-related information and investment opportunities submitted to the AIFM, review and admit/dispose and maintain investments in the funds where FundRock LIS is acting as AIFM.Review offering documents and fund documentation and ensure company and regulatory compliance.Engage in the onboarding of new investment funds as a subject matter expert in the field of portfolio management.Maintain knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products held in portfolio.Liaise with investment teams, including analysts and other managers and senior representatives, to stay up-to-date and abreast of market situations that may impact funds managed by Fundrock-LIS.Solid experience and knowledge of portfolio management for Real Assets, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Debt strategies.Engage in regular research and reading to stay apprised about the state of the economy, global financial markets but also the Luxembourg/Irish investment fund regulatory environment.Actively monitor the investment strategies and funds' performance.Profile: University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting or relevant professional qualifications, CAIA/CFA or similar considered as a plus.A minimum of two years of working experience within the funds industry.Good knowledge of Luxembourg RE or PE structures and regulations (AIFMD).Excellent intellect with the ability to understand complex issues quickly, grasp new concepts and ideas rapidly.Fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered an asset together with any other EU languages)
