51864 Non-Executive Key responsibilities/What you do Primary focus on motor specialty lines products such as motor extended warranty, gap, PPI, tire insurance, or motor insurance Manage portfolio data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct portfolio analysis and prepare regular reports on performance and trends Monitor the portfolio's performance against established KPIs and targets Identify issues within the portfolio, define remediation plans, and oversee their implementation Ensure the profitability and achievement of bottom-line targets for the portfolio Key requirements/What you bring 3-5 years of work experience with a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurer Experience in underwriting, portfolio management, finance or product management within the insurance industry Preferably possess an actuarial background or certification Proficiency in English; additional language skills would be considered a plus Strong communication skills and experience working across different countries or regions Key benefits/What we offer Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
