You will assess potential partners, the business needs of existing assets, deployment of assigned programs to the field, and optimize individual and team contributions to accomplish overall business objectives.
Additionally, you will be directly involved in channel development and key sales pursuits and may serve as a Career Manager or provide technical expertise and mentorship to colleagues.

Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences customer commitment and future partnership.Advanced level understanding of financial management practices as relate to projects and programs.Significant experience managing risk effectively.About YouCharacteristics that can spell success for this role:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to become a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to customers.Customer oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.Outstanding people management skills, including the ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth.What You'll DoActively participate in key sales pursuits - engage customers in meaningful dialogue about their business to mutually explore opportunities.Actively participate in Solution Area channel development.Oversee and lead development, implementation and maintenance of the Project Work Plan.Approve estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost.Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs.Lead the delivery of the contracted solution on the program level at the agreed upon terms, cost, schedule, and quality level and is responsible for overall project approval.Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations.Manage delivery portfolio - monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues.Provide oversight to the management of relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors and own key relationships.Be accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, commercial, methodology, etc.)
