Join our growing team in Madrid as a Portfolio Accounting Officer.
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus' world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the OPS team to gain functional knowledge of the portfolio accounting principles to accurately input, review, analyze and record-keep portfolios; Gain expertise in relevant software and our internal accounting platform to ensure accuracy of output; Learn to process all life cycle events of our engagements; Create, review and distribute reconciliations and customized periodic reporting to senior management; Update client portfolios and other vendor data jointly with senior management; Oversee data flow and comparison between systems to validate that output is accurate; Liaise and cooperate with internal account management teams to ensure timely response to senior management inquiries; Effectively interact with internal parties, including Compliance and Finance teams (both local and central); Take part in the analysis and supervision of profitability, product/client mix, WIP, cost structure, etc.

YOUR PROFILE: Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
Up to 3 years relevant experience within the fields of accounting or audit.
High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
English level: B2 and higher.
Knowledge of main accounting software/ERPs.
