Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Product Counsel Skills: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Risk Management Act as the legal counsel for Airline Solutions sold to Amadeus Airline customers, offering informed legal advice to Product Management and Marketing teams.
Advise on commercial contracts, regulatory, data privacy, and compliance matters related to technology solutions.
Collaborate with internal experts to assess legal risks and provide clear, practical advice to stakeholders.
Airline Partnerships Counsel: Reliable Advisor & Relationship Management Provide legal support to the Airline Partnerships team, working closely with Product, Strategy, and Purchasing teams to implement partnership agreements.
Build and sustain relationships with key partners, ensuring support for strategic, financial, and operational goals.
Airline Partner Contracts and Negotiations: Drafting, Negotiating, and Risk Management Provide strategic legal guidance on global airline and partner relationships, especially related to Nevio retailing platform, as well as Amadeus's Altéa Passenger Service System.
Facilitate negotiations and draft airline partnership contracts, addressing liabilities, responsibilities, and risks.
