Our teams are behind memorable AAA titles such as "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege", "Beyond Good & Evil 2", "Assassin's Creed Valhalla", etc.Job Description:As a Finance Planning Analyst, you'll drive under the Finance Director's supervision the forecasting, annual planning, and budgeting processes for the projects and other departments at the studio.You will be responsible for the financial reporting and follow-up analysis to stakeholders in all departments where you will build and maintain financial models and communicate the financial narrative in a concise and friendly manner.
In this role, you will be the strategic business partner for the projects and other departments and one of the main stakeholders for the communication with HQ.
This means you will have a key position within the finance local team but also working with teams from all around Ubisoft.What you'll do:Drive the quarterly forecasting & consolidation processes for the studio and reporting to HQ.Manage annual planning and budgeting processes for our projects and other departments.Provide reports and analysis, including follow-up, for various stakeholders across the studio and the Financial Planning at HQ.Manage financial management reporting and analysis for studio & projects with insights for strategic action.Use relevant tools and methodology to continuously improve on and automate internal FP&A and studio processes.Maintain a good relationship with other FP&A Business teams within the Ubisoft network of studios for knowledge sharing and identifying new opportunities.QualificationsWhat you'll bring:Have an analytical and strategic approach.Have a curious mindset.Have finance tools expertise (Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).Hands-on attitude.Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.Good communication skills: ability to communicate complex topics into simple and impactful recommendations.Additional InformationOur studio is located in one of the most popular urban areas of Europe: Barcelona!
