Your RoleBe the main go-to person for our clients from a portfolio assigned to you, most of whom are real estate agencies/brokerages.Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner and efficiently, using the right information to support them.Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features.Onboard new members of our client's teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.Analyze customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences, which can be used to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates.Create effective campaigns for new customers as well as less active ones.What We Are Looking ForApplicants must have native-level proficiency in French or Spanish.Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, Spanish, and English are mandatory.1+ years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B, SaaS, and Real Estate).Previous experience working with a ticketing system.Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Service-oriented mindset.Start-up mindset.Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic, desire to help and support clients.What We're OfferingFlexible working model, accommodating fully remote, fully onsite, or hybrid.Mentorship, data/product, sales, and persuasion training.Awesome opportunity to build the fastest growing Proptech company in Europe together with smart and ambitious people from all over the world.Free access to the CASAFARI platform (helpful if you're looking for a place to live).Diversity and InclusionWe at CASAFARI are proud to be an equal opportunity company.
