We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and coordinate various stages of the talent acquisition process in partnership with a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring needs of their designated business divisions.YOUR ROLE IN THE GAMEReporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Brand, you will be empowered to:Partner with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and business leaders to successfully support recruitment and selection activities for the client group including finalizing requisition, attending intake meetings as required, creating and posting jobs, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews and creating and distributing interview guides.Coordinate set up and enthusiastically participate in career fairs and networking events to enhance employer brand and source top talent.Support and coordinate social media posts related to employer brand and attracting talent on various approved sites to increase exposure of OLG in the market in alignment with desired brand.Closely collaborate with business leaders and human resources business partners on hiring needs and throughout the hiring process to ensure all partners are aligned and to ensure TA is providing optimal service.Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders to better support and understand business needs, and to maintain healthy working partnerships.Develop and maintain Excel and other tracking tools to ensure recruitment activities are well documented and TA metrics are accurate.Maintain electronic filing systems to successfully organize and track recruitment activities, finalizing timing for equipment setup, supporting business leaders with upcoming first day activities and acting as the primary touch point for new hires.WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAYWork experience: Two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources related function. Experience in handling multiple activities within tight timelines. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Experience with MS Office Suite.Education: Diploma in Human Resources or related field. HR designation (with HRPA) is preferred.
