We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Manager to be a part of our growing sales force for our product Convene and Convene ESG. Our client base has grown exponentially, and our global footprint has extended in over 100 countries, which has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe. The role requires significant interaction with clients/prospective clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.
Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements. Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, or referrals. Manage sales activities: build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, present service through product demonstrations, bidding preparation, and close business deals. Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation. Attend trade shows, inter-state, local conferences, local events, etc. Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines. Provide updates on sales leads to Senior Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales (IT knowledge is not required). Experience in ESG, Digital Products, SaaS can be a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors. Enjoy outgoing networking, event joining, and building relationships. Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
