TheIT Project Management Office Senior Manager will be located in Milan, Italy,with a direct report to the CIO, located in the European headquarters, Madrid.The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a corporate wide portfoliooffice overseeing all change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Within an IT matrix organization, the PMO Senior Manager will lead and developbest practices and standards to enable the successful delivery of a broad rangeof projects using established processes. The senior manager will play a key role regarding the Steering, Governance,Budget, Sourcing, Quality and Key Performance indicators. You will manage aportfolio of projects and systems, and the budget allocated for each businessunit. Partner with IT Leaders to ensure initiatives have businesses cases that areclear in terms of their rationale, alignment with our strategy, cost andbenefits Collect, analyze and present the information for KPIs related to Projectstatus, Finance & Efficiency, IT Operations, IT Continuity, IT Risk, ITVendor Work with the finance business partners to manage the investment processes,facilitate the forums and provide the required reporting. Tracking IT budgetwithin the IT Heads Manage the relation and contribute on the negotiation with the key IT vendors,ensuring the service level follow-up exists for critical third-partyapplications Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed effectively Ensure a Demand management process is defined and track, the different teamplayers follow the process, and the game rules accordingly; as well she/he hasto ensure the demand/project portfolio exists and is accurately updated. ThePMO Senior Manager will be located in Italy, with a direct report to the CIO inSpain. She/he will also be the Business Relationship Manager for the Italianbusiness. In this role, she/ he will be the main point of contact for ITrelated matter in the country. She/he will count with the support of the wholeIT organization in this role, being in contact with the functional IT directorsas needed. Monitor project activities, ensuring the quality and integrity ofinformation, the accomplishment of project goals in line with businessobjective, budget and timeline.
Job requirements Background: At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in steering committees andsuccessful project management. PMIPMP Certified or successful completion of a recognized project managementcurriculum. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BusinessAdministration, other related. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate to a variety ofaudiences across business function and level, tailoring messages appropriately. Ability to work closely with different teams, stakeholders and partners,feeling confidence to deal with senior and demanding stakeholders on a dailybasis. Ability to take initiatives, with desire and flexibility to take ownership anddrive key topics. - Continuous improvement mindset.
