A400M PMO Roles and Responsibilities:Performance Management, gathering all relevant program data, building the appropriate set of KPIs to assure effective monitoring and decision making.Integrated Planning for both Development and Serial phase, including retrofit activities, using different planning tools: Unified Planning, ACP / Jaguar, etc.Internal and external reporting. Building and management of Program Control Room.Governance Model: Building and maintaining a set of governance procedures according to PMI standards to assure a structured way of working across all program functions and organizations.
