Job Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to step into the role of  PMO Manager.  As a PMO Manager within the Corporate Information Technology (IT) team, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and enhancements across the IT Organization, aligning with the established forecast model and meeting strategic business objectives.
You will also be responsible for maintaining IT Governance, leading governance boards, and facilitating effective follow-up through comprehensive meeting minutes.
As a PMO Manager, you will collaborate with Delivery and Project Managers to: Track and report on the status of in-flight projects within the portfolio, covering scope, budget, and timelines.
Establish project governance boards and, when necessary, preside over them, compiling meeting minutes and tracking pending actions.
Manage project documentation, ensuring completeness and proper registration in our tools.
Guarantee that project deliverables adhere to the established schedule.
Monitor KPIs across IT projects and enforce PMO quality gates.
Aggregate best practices and drive continuous improvements in the project lifecycle.
Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, coordinating corrective actions.
Additionally, you will: Facilitate onboarding for new IT team members.
Take ownership of communications and training related to ITBM processes, maintaining complete control over them.
Create and update training materials and user guides.
Conduct training sessions.
Schedule and lead the Communities of Practice.
Design and launch communications.
Keep the SharePoint site up to date.
Identify areas for improvement concerning IT Governance and IT Processes.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IT or Computer Science field.
Over 3 years of experience in project delivery within a PMO capacity.
Proficiency in managing the entire project lifecycle with project teams.
Proven ability to work on large-scale initiatives, bringing diverse stakeholder groups together to deliver value and manage complex dependencies.
Demonstrated coaching experience in project management best practices.
Experience in diverse, multi-cultural, and matrix corporate cultures.
Expertise in Change Management and cultural change.
Ability to secure commitment to action by considering impacts and utilizing formal and informal communication channels.
Knowledgeable in ITBM Processes (demand management, application development, portfolio, program and project management), Governance Frameworks (COBIT), and Human Change Management (HCMBook, Prosci).
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, AzureDevOps, and Confluence.
Required Skills: Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues.
Outstanding soft skills at all levels within an organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels within the business and external business partners.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory due to the multi-cultural environment.
Strong experience using ServiceNow or equivalent PPM Tools.
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
