What would be your main responsibilities?
This role will lead our PMO and play a critical role in the effective deployment and management of our projects, providing essential support to our clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities include: Project Management : Oversee and coordinate the execution of projects within the organization, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Methodology Establishment : Define and promote the project management methodologies to be used in the organization, adapting them according to the specific needs of each project.
Monitoring and Control : Implement tools and processes for tracking project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing solutions.
Training and Development : Provide training and support to project teams, fostering the development of project management skills and ensuring everyone is aligned with best practices.
Resource Management : Coordinate the allocation of resources (human, financial, and material) for projects, optimizing their use and ensuring that what is necessary for the success of each initiative is available.
Communication : Act as a bridge between different stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that everyone is informed about the status of projects.
Performance Evaluation : Conduct post-project analyses to assess performance and outcomes, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement for future projects.
Strategic Alignment : Ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, prioritizing those that deliver the most value.
These functions are key to ensuring that the PMO operates effectively and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Who we're looking for?
Relevant experience as Project Manager in PMO .
PMP certification will be positive.
+5 years working in IT consulting companies .
Client orientation .
Professionals capable of thriving in international settings .
Remote people management capabilities .
Individuals who are passionate about technology , with a consultancy approach and goal-oriented mindset .
Proficiency in English (C1) .
