As an expert in PMO and communication support in Enterprise Architecture, you will work in an international and cross-functional environment within the CTO1 pillar. The Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for defining and maintaining an agile architecture governance framework, translating the strategic objectives of Allianz into concrete guidance, and promoting innovation.

What will make you succeed in this position?Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management, or equivalent experience.Work experience of at least 2 years required.Project management skills with communications, consulting, organizational transformation, and change management experience.Business acumen in working with teams to identify areas of improvement.Good understanding of business functions such as Operations, IT, Finance, etc.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI skills preferred.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as with top management.Full professional proficiency of written and spoken English; additional language proficiency desirable.Willingness to travel. Your mission in the role will be:Steering of organizational topics within the department (Enterprise Architecture).Coordination of sessions with Architects (Architecture Circles, Architecture Community), preparation and moderation.Community and event coordination.Identify areas of improvement and implement a continuous improvement process.Stay in continuous contact with stakeholders including top management to collect and analyze their feedback.
