EXPERIENCE: Over 6 years of experience in project management within banking, PMO, or similar roles.
Expertise in budgeting, monitoring, and a proactive mindset.
Knowledge of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business.
Understanding of project execution cycles, requirements gathering, agile, and waterfall methodologies.
Leadership experience with teams, implementation of tech projects, and reporting to senior management.
Strong ability to work under pressure, managing risks and dependencies.
Problem-solving mindset for daily challenges.
Decision-making and prioritization skills.
EDUCATION Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields, with strong financial knowledge and budget management expertise.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Advanced English proficiency (full professional capacity).
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
Analytical skills and data management expertise.
Experience in corporate banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Execution Management: Oversee project execution within the area.
Budget Tracking and Control: Monitor initiatives' budgets, manage budget lines, approvals, and formalize offers, as well as track incurred costs.
Centralized Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, RAG status, and identify risks and dependencies for escalation.
Resource Curve Management: Ensure alignment with area objectives and strategy.
Stakeholder Reporting and Coordination: Organize and participate in committees, reporting forums, and working meetings to ensure proper follow-up of initiatives.
Strategic Planning Participation: Prepare and contribute to strategic plans.
Leadership in Reporting: Deliver reports to various stakeholders.
