Do you want to play a key role in Amazon's plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team.
Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstar product/programme manager who will help to onboard new partners and support existing partners optimize their business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable around tech, motivated to drive complex projects, working with multiple stakeholders (internal, external, tech, business) while looking for new solutions in ambiguous spaces.
You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners,
possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver when facing blockers.
You should feel comfortable discussing tech onboarding and requirements, as we optimize new operating models with our grocery partners which require setting up new systems through our tech-teams. Once onboarded, you will work with our partners to manage their catalogue, selection, pricing and availability.
You will be highly challenged and results will be highly tangible for your performance.

Key job responsibilities: Proactively identify tech priorities for our partners and help mitigate tech challenges.Proactively onboard new partners into different operating models, gathering their tech requirements to work with Amazon.Deep-dive challenges and blockers around catalogue listing, finding solutions through outside-the-box thinking.Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams. Minimum Requirements: Capacity to work independently, with guidance, but able to communicate effectively both externally and internally with our partners and business teams.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.English C1 or equivalent.Spanish C1 or equivalent.More than 2 years experience in program/product management.Experience owning/driving tech roadmaps.Strong Excel skills.Experience in FMCG or supply chain.SQL skills.Other languages such as French, Italian, or German fluency.Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.Tech background valuable.
