Your Opportunity with us:
We are looking for an experienced & talented professional to join Deoleo as Personal Assistantto Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer in our Global Headquarter (Rivas-Vaciamadrid).
Role Mission: Offer comprehensive support to Chief Sales and Chief Marketing Officers interacting with a diverse multinational team across different geographies around the world.Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars to accurately assess availability (schedule meetings and appointments). Process executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries Arrange travel and accommodations for both executives (and marketing and business development staff occasionally when needed) Assist with special projects as required (mainly marketing and sales events organization) Communicate with all levels of staff to ensure coordination Produce presentations when needed. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsSubmit and reconcile expense reports.Office management: update and maintain office policies and procedures, request office suppliesSkills: Outstanding organization and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to anticipate potential obstacles/problems and opportunities.
