YOUR ROLE Develops strategies for the global spend / purchasing basket assigned to him / her.
Takes full responsibility for sourcing activities within the purchasing baskets.
Builds in depth know how and expertise in the area of responsibility and its entire value chain.
Independently manages & executes global sourcing projects within the area of responsibility.
Drives global, cross-regional and / or Germany-related tenders end-to-end.
Defines and manages global supplier portfolio and strategic supplier relationship.
Establishes strong relationships with key global and / or German stakeholders to drive projects, cost efficiency and innovation initiatives.
Supports regions in strategic questions and on escalations with global suppliers.
Supports regional teams in regional projects & negotiations.
YOUR SKILLS Master's degree in business administration / international business / finance or related field of studies.
Up to 3 years previous working experience ideally in a similar organization or in a relevant field.
Excellent English proficiency (written and oral), German is a plus.
Communication and storytelling skills with ability to create and present compelling PPT Presentations.
Ability to establish trustful relationships across functions, leaders and with key suppliers.
Ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
Excellent analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Curious, self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented team player with strategic mindset and organizational skills (incl. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously).
Interest to contribute to Henkel long term strategic goals of sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation.
Previous experience with leading negotiation is considered a plus.
Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in further upskilling digital skills (e.g. with the usage of new tools).
