Overview: All remote support for Partner, working very close to the DCAM to ensure all partners have offers, discounts, etc., all the actions needed to sell more to our partner actual and future base.
Responsibilities: Contact periodically all partners
Help them with offers
Salesforce information actualized
Internal Process management: Certifications, training, operations, etc.
Remote support with customers when needed
Onboarding process support for new partner
Requirements: English
Tools management (Salesforce)
Customer Experience
Minimum Technological Knowledge
Experience working with Channels, Integrators and Operators
Additional Skills: Database management
Market knowledge
Customer relationship skills
