WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTChallenging work, with opportunities for International business travel. As you start your Consultant career, you will receive an intensive introduction to financial accounting, data, analytics, cloud/AI, and other topics with our New Joiners 6-8 week specialized training. You will be learning alongside other EY ifb graduates hired as part of the same hiring intake. New Joiner training (NJT) includes theoretical and practice "hands-on" exercises, the latter undertaken in small teams. After completing NJT, your initial Junior Consultant career path will be agreed with you before your exciting and varied consulting future begins.
Junior Consultants will join a team where you will apply your latest training knowledge directly to an assigned project. You will learn how to implement financial accounting controls, map data into industrialized data models, or develop descriptive and predictive analytics. You will learn how to analyze business-related problems based on your new financial or technological understanding. You might be part of a financial transformation project, as you and your EY ifb team introduce standardized business processes and regulatory controls to manage large European corporations' financials more efficiently. WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE - YOUR SKILLS will shape an exciting futureIf you have a good university degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master, PhD) in either Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical mindset.Creative and independent working habits.Good work ethic and are detail-oriented.Grasp concepts and quickly break down complex topics into their constituent parts.Keen interest in finance or data & analytics or the latest Cloud/AI apps and related technologies.Enjoy working with others on a common goal.Like occasional International travel to meet Clients or attend Company events.Bilingual with good English language skills.
