Plumber

With previous experience as Plumber With Building Maintenance experience Responsibilities: Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building plants and equipment and common area facilities while on duty. Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects. Reports to Facilities Engineer/Senior Operations Manager any noted defects on the equipment, incidents, and action taken to rectify the matter. Implements instructions from Facilities Engineer/Operations Manager on matters that require immediate attention. Ensures that operation of equipment conforms with the operating schedule in consonance with the energy management program. Operates and monitors the operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting, etc. Conducts cleaning of assigned equipment room. Accomplishes daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance. Monitors ongoing fit-out activities of tenants. Accomplishes instructions from Facilities Engineer/Senior Operations Manager relating to the maintenance and operation of equipment. Endorses to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities. Attends to unit owners and tenants' service calls or requests for assistance inside office/units. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
