Job Description Support our customer and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC / PC / HMI and NETZSCH Connect via Remote Services. Support our customer and Field Service Technicians onsite in the field if necessary. As part of a strong Commissioning Team for new machines in wet and dry grinding at the customer's site, short travels for signal exchange with the customer's SCADA system are required. Participation in projects and developments related to Industry 4.0. Communication with other Service Support Centers and the engineering department worldwide. Onboarding in Germany and Spain up to 3 months (not consecutive). If not traveling, you work from home. Qualifications Degree in engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent training or experience in a field of technology such as electrical, electro-mechanical or similar field. Requires a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in machine maintenance. Previous field service experience preferred. Solid electrical/programming knowledge. Experience in industrial PLC environment in Siemens (optional Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley). Experience in remote support. Knowledge of drive technology and switchgear construction. Knowledge and experience in Software creation with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal and the Visualization Software WinCC flexible. Flexibility and up to 30-40% travel in Europe, in cases worldwide, required. Preference for being in contact with customers and having good communication skills as well as high-quality standards in your work ethic.
