Job Description Support our customer and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC / PC / HMI and NETZSCH Connect via Remote Services.Support our customer and Field Service Technicians onsite in the field if necessary.As part of a strong Commissioning Team for new machines in wet and dry grinding at customer's site, short travels for signal exchange with customer's SCADA system are required.Participation in projects and developments related to Industry 4.0.Communication with other Service Support Center and engineering department worldwide.Onboarding in Germany and Spain up to 3 months (not consecutive).If not traveling, you work from home.
