Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming from scratch, a minimum of two years of experience, and proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement PLC programs from scratch using Siemens TIA Portal. Develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens and SCADA systems for real-time machine monitoring and control. Lead the setup, calibration, and commissioning of automation equipment at client sites. Provide on-site support during installation and system start-up. Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and production staff to enhance system functionality. Maintain comprehensive documentation of PLC programs and system modifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PLC Programmer. Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal. Demonstrated ability to program PLC systems from scratch. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
