This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and will serve as an important partner to our entire Product Development organization.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of LevelTen's external service desk and ticketing system.Proactively triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams to address complex technical problems and streamline processes.Get new users credentialed and registered in the LevelTen platform promptly and efficiently.Contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and internal teams.Create user guides and FAQs to enhance customer self-service capabilities.Assemble regular reports detailing customer support metrics, common issues, and resolutions.Analyze support data to identify trends and suggest improvements in the platform's functionality.Gather relevant feedback from customer interactions and communicate it effectively to Product Managers.Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize feature requests and improvements based on customer needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and sustainability practices is a plus.Why LevelTen Energy?
