Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Platform Manager Omnichannel that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. The Platform Omnichannel Manager (PMO) Services will lead the implementation and deployment of omnichannel campaign projects within HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Team. This role ensures the efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration with different internal HPS DU teams (Campaign Managers, Platform Managers Automation, Data Excellence, Digital Performance) as with diverse global stakeholders (GCOs – Global Capability Owners, IT) and our markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drive process optimization around campaign processes, focusing on platform automation and innovation for efficiency and quality.
Monitor and assess the technical landscape and channel updates to keep the platform current and effective.
Ensure seamless integration of various digital engagement platforms to support efficient omnichannel campaign execution.
Liaise with IT and global GCOs on projects and issues, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Interact with diverse HPS DU service departments (Campaign Managers, Platform Managers Automation, Data Excellence, Digital Performance).
Support and development of external campaign landing pages based on our customer's briefs.
Enhance connections with other HPS and DU teams through platforms and campaign implementation.
Ensure consistent involvement in new platform and process implementations and enhancements.
Represent the platform end-user perspective in IT collaborations.
Share platform and process changes with Campaign Management Services to assess market/TAs impact.
Efficient phased rollouts of implementations.
Improving turnaround time and quality of enhancements.
Efficient issue resolution with clear root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Better quality and usability of implemented demands.
Regular touchpoints between Campaign Managers and Platform Managers.
Proactive responses to landscape changes from markets and the team.
Requirements & Desired Skills
Bachelor's Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.
Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and concepts - specifically, experience in enterprise marketing automation tool (ideally, at least 2-3 years of tool-specific experience).
Technical marketing automation certification preferred (i.e., Architect or Developer is ideal of any enterprise marketing automation platform).
Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus.
Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred.
Knowledge of email and website design preferred.
Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus.
Pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting preferred.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Fluency in English.
