Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Platform Manager Automation to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform is Adobe Campaign Classic, but may also include other tools across our client's digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools.
The Platform Manager will also leverage and help maintain team-specific spaces within the Atlassian tool stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure that campaign workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings provided by the markets.Ensure high end-to-end and on-time quality of campaigns, including proper setup to enable measurement and QA of campaigns.Own and optimize campaign processes, including platform automation and driving innovation ideas for efficiency and quality.Provide technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements within the marketing automation toolset.Debug workflow and delivery issues, plus report and track platform issues and bugs with IT support.Document enhancements, templates, and technical processes.Develop and test script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc., within Adobe Campaign.Create and maintain technical workflows, campaign workflow templates, landing pages (web applications), and HTML content.Collaborate with the Campaign Support Services.Communicate and collaborate closely with Platform Management Omnichannel. Requirements & Desired SkillsBachelor's Degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong tech background.Excellent campaign management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Knowledge of marketing automation tools and concepts - specifically, experience in enterprise marketing automation tools (ideally, at least 2-3 years of tool-specific experience), knowledge of CDP is a big plus.Technical marketing automation certification preferred (e.g., Architect or Developer is ideal for any enterprise marketing automation platform).Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements.Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus.Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred.
