What do we do in our team?
Our team is diverse and skilled, offering a range of platform services within our company. These include the GitOps deployment system, security tools, telemetry data, an Internal Development Platform and FinOps.
What you will do:
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Platform Engineer in our team, you will be in charge of:
Implement the FinOps framework within the company and spearhead initiatives to manage and control costs
Provision infrastructure and services as deployment platforms, monitoring or security tools
Implement and enrich our Internal Development Platform
Developing automation scripts and tooling
Be in charge of the telemetry platform
Research emerging technologies to build into the platform
Tech stack:
You will work with a top-notch tech stack, including:
Google Cloud
Kubernetes (GKE)
Terraform
Backstage
ArgoCD, Flux, Crossplane…
OTEL, Grafana, Prometheus, VM,…
Datadog platform
Bigquery… and many many more!!
What are we looking for?
At least 5+ years DevOps experience maintaining complex information systems
Solid experience in cloud services (preferible GCP)
Solid experience using Git
Solid experience in Docker
Experience in deployment tools: ArgoCD or Flux
Experience with Orchestrators as Kubernetes
Experience with CI systems, such as Jenkins and GitLab-CI
Experience in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt…
FinOps knowledge would be a plus
Programming experience in Python or Go
