If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!What you will be doingBe responsible for the daily requests made by our top merchantsHave monthly calls with clients to review performance and address their needsFind out which are the suitable payment solutions and flows for each type of merchantPrepare reports on account status per merchantWork closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunitiesAssist merchants with challenging requests/issues as neededAnalyze performance: NOC type of alerts for underperforming and overperforming APMsDetect growth opportunities/patterns in each different country we operate in and implement across merchantsRequirements:Proven working experience in Account Management, Sales or OperationsBachelor's degree preferablyExcel skills - intermediateHigh attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects at a timeProactive, teamwork, and service-oriented attitudeAbility to work under pressureThe ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and has a strong customer orientation (Portuguese is a plus)Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders of an organization including executives and C-levelExperience working within the payments industry is a plusKnowledge of tools such as Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Figma, Hubspot and MS OfficeWhat we offer:A global environment with teammates living around the worldOpportunities in a fast-paced growing companyFlexible timeAt Eron International, everything starts with our values:#Be Direct: we are direct and genuine in all situations.#Be Owner: we treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the results.#Be Curious: we always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quo.#Be Hero Leader: lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
