The Plant Quality Operations Manager is responsible to assure that process standards are applied in order to meet regulation/ISO requirements, customer satisfaction, company standards, and a world-class manufacturing approach.
They report directly to the Quality Center Manager.
They lead a diverse team of salaried and hourly Quality professionals integrating into the production and engineering processes while ensuring a solid partnership with manufacturing focusing on Quality processes and Customer Safety.
The Plant Quality Operations Manager leads both statistical (for example: on weld and torque) and 100% process checks (for example: on-line inspection) through the definition, updating, and execution of Control Plan/QAN.
The Plant Quality Operations Manager works with Plant Product Quality receiving the right input from internal/external KPI in order to bring the customer voice into the workstation and improve the processes by extending best practices; during the development phase, they take part in Workplace Integration for process design and Plant Process Readiness.
