The sky is the limit! Job Description Become an Engineering team member of the 5 diamond luxury resort, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, in the Sonoran Desert below the McDowell mountains maintaining refrigeration and HVAC equipment around the resort.
Starting wage $26.00.Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility.Respond to guest room/building calls for HVAC and plumbing issues.Maintain refrigeration and HVAC, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers equipment for guest rooms, ballrooms, office, etc.Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Qualifications Previous experience in a maintenance role required.Boiler, chiller water treatment, and HVAC repair experience.Must have electrical, plumbing, and basic maintenance skills.Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.Be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs., kneel, push, pull and lift, and ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps.
