We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager for one of our clientes, a leading international company in the chemical manufacturing sector.
This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in the chemical sector, and a proven ability to optimize production processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and cost-efficiency.Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.-Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and uphold superior service standards.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and plant personnel.Monitor and control budgets, operational expenses, and capital investment projects.Collaborate with other departments (e. g., R&D, supply chain, quality assurance) to align plant activities with company objectives.Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Evaluate and optimize plant performance metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).At least 7-10 years of experience in plant operations management, preferably in the chemical or process industry.Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in the chemical industry.Ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.What We OfferOpportunities for professional growth and development within an international company.A dynamic and innovative work environment.The chance to play a key role in the development of cutting-edge chemical manufacturing solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
