Be part of a team where you will perform the following tasks:
Collaborate closely with the Regional General Manager to make informed decisions for operational activities and establish strategic goals for the organization.
Provide day-to-day oversight of operations at our Madrid plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Work closely with various departments including Research & Development, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance production workflows, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
Supervise customer support processes and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems, including ISO certifications.
Evaluate overall performance by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics, and implementing necessary adjustments to achieve operational excellence.
What you will bring along the way:
Must-Have:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Operations Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve operational objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice-To-Have:
Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English and Spanish.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other continuous improvement techniques.
Prior experience working in the Spanish manufacturing industry or familiarity with the local market dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
