We are always advancing to improve the way we work, to develop our team members for their personal growth and for the future needs of our customers, to deliver the most innovative solutions in the market, and to enhance the communities in which we live and work.Be part of a team where you will perform the following tasks:Collaborate closely with the Regional General Manager to make informed decisions for operational activities and establish strategic goals for the organization.Provide day-to-day oversight of operations at our Madrid plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.Work closely with various departments including Research & Development, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance production workflows, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.Supervise customer support processes and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems, including ISO certifications.Evaluate overall performance by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics, and implementing necessary adjustments to achieve operational excellence.What you will bring along the way:Must-Have:Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Operations Management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both written and spokenDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve operational objectives
