Plant Director (Spanish & French Speaker)

Are you an experienced Industrial Plant Director? Do you want to join our client, a renowned chemical / industrial manufacturer, to collaborate for their financial success and growth?
Tasks

Leading and shaping the strategic vision while ensuring operational and sustained growth.
Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and objectives.
Drive initiatives and expand the market presence, increase revenue streams and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Oversee all aspects of say-to-say operations, including production, supply chain, sales and marketing.
Implement efficient processes and optimize productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements and ethical practices.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans collaborating with the finance team.
Monitor financial performance, manage cash flows, investments, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
Build and nurture a high performing team.
Provide mentorship, coaching and professional development opportunities to empower employees and drive growth.
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion to support inclusive work environments.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners.

Requirements

Higher education (finance, business administration, management or related field).
Proven experience of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the chemical/industrial manufacturing industry or related field.
Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic planning and operational excellence.
Experience within financial acumen in budgeting, analysis and risk management.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Spanish is a must.
French and Catalan desirable.
