The role: We are looking for a Plant Controller & Business Partner to work in our Barcelona/Sant Andreu factory.
Your main tasks among others will be:
General oversight of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow activity and report to HQGenerating key financial insights and reportsOverall inventory accuracy (cost and counts)Leadership role for annual physical countsReviews and control BOM accuracyOperational transactional integrity and accuracyOperational/Finance partnerCost accounting program including purchase price variance, job cost variance reviews - corrective actionAssist in budgetary control for entityMargin analysis in monthly reportingHelp in creating finance processes Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Plant Controller or similar role3+ years of overall combined experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with gross margin analysis or knowledge surrounding calculationKnowledge in accounting software user and administration skillsExperience with NetSuite is a plusHands-on and can-do attitude, ready to grow with our companyTeamwork playerComfortable with a high paced, dynamic environment in an international companyAnalytical skillsExcellent communication skills and used to work cross-departmentalProficient user of Microsoft ExcelHigh level of English Benefits:
