Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).
Responsibilities:Resolution of incidents with suppliers generated by changes in dates and quantities.Communication with the planning technician in the event of changes in delivery dates or quantities in order to be able to anticipate any possible stock shortages and lack of availability of material to carry out the planned production plan.Invoice and quality claims management with suppliers.Contact with the supplier for the medium and long term, allowing him to know the supply situation. Being able to anticipate problems and seek solutions with alternative suppliers.Carrying out supplier evaluation reports.Optimise warehouse stock levels, guaranteeing minimum levels of coverage without generating "stock breaks" and minimising the necessary transport costs.To make proposals for technical and organisational improvements to the procurement processes.Work in close contact with the entire planning, purchasing, quality, warehouse and production teams.Qualifications:Degree in bio-sanitary field (e.g. pharmacist, chemist or chemical engineer).At least 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food sector.Specific knowledge of the area of Purchasing and Procurement OperationsEnglish level B2 or C1Knowledge of ERP's to manage production needsAdvanced Office, specialising in ExcelAccustomed to working with dashboards
