It will be in a French speaking country.Descripción del puestoThe main functions will be:Create, together with the Site Manager, Cost Engineer and client, a Work Breakdown Structure or WBS according to internal procedure.Implementation of the Detailed Baseline Planning of the Project integrating Engineering, purchases, supplies, construction, and start-up of the same.Ensure compliance with all customer requirements in terms of contractual documentation to be delivered, such as progress, curves, planning, reports, etc. in time and form.Creation of the Baseline progress curves of the project according to internal procedure.Calculation of the real progress of the project and monthly updating of the curves.Regular updating of planning.Knowledge of the supply manufacturing programs as well as those of the subcontractors, both in the bidding and contractual phases, in order to be able to alert the person in charge of each area and the project manager of possible impacts on time.Reports on the status of the project to the Project Director, Project Control Department and Production Department.Reports required by the client.Report any project delays.Make acceleration plans when necessary.Analysis of the critical path.On-site resource management, weekly production control, forecast estimates, results analysis and improvement proposals.Analysis of deviations and proposals for improvement.Monitoring of subcontractors, progress, performance and compliance with contractual plans.Collaborate in the activation of the rest of the areas to facilitate the fulfillment of the term objectives.Incorporation in the planning of the Change Orders and adjustments in the baseline curves as well as the rest of the documentation to be delivered to the client.Monitor and control the measurements and/or quantities of the subcontracts using the information from the Construction Department, detect any deviation, evaluating its impact in the term.Knowledge of the certifications of subcontractors.Collaborate with the Project Director and the Site Manager in the development and updating of personnel schedules (PMT and CMT).Requisitos del candidatoPosition for a French speaking country
