Create and manage planning in accordance with depot human capacity, inventory level, machine availability and customer requirements.Organisation Reports directly to: Site ManagerNetwork & Links Internal: All Projects, Overhaul depots. Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Supply, Parts, Production, Project Manager, EHS.External: Services Contracts customers such as Irvia and Ateinsa.Accountabilities Main activities to be developed within Industrial scope:Creation and management of the Site Planning for Maintenance repairs and Overhaul exams.Creation of SO according to services demanded.Collaborate with MRP to ensure all materials needed are placed in line with all activity's requirements.EHS: Comply with Safety, Environmental regulations and AZDP. Notify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety or workers to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.People: Contribute to develop all the needed training and capabilities, Management of every Alstom system. Interlocutor with Projects and Parts. Contribute to the continuous improvement culture inside/outside the team.Quality: Creation and follow-up of KPIs and reports for all planning activity metrics. Participate in the APSYS/5S audits on the depots. Collaborate to develop the procedures, tools, to reach the standard quality every time.Cost: Monitoring of maintenance/overhaul operations ensuring compliance with the established standard planning. Analyze the root causes of delay of the planning and their impact. Identify and analyze the bottlenecks as well as all other possible planning risks and put in place action plan to solve them.Delivery: Create and manage the master planning for Maintenance repairs and Overhaul exams. Development of an annual strategic plan through the study of business opportunities, information on operations and trends. Collaborate in the creation of the necessary invoice documentation.Main Required Competences Mandatory: Engineering degree (technical/engineering)Desirable: High energy, high exposure, international travel. Office suite in advanced level, MS Project or similar.Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience within managing planning, resources. SAP ERP system would be appreciated (Desirable). Knowledge of Process improvement would be appreciated (Desirable)
