Summary Define the materials and production plans of the Production Unit, making sure they adapt to the available resources and getting as close as possible to the customer needs in terms of deadlines and quantities. Coordinate and monitor the logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes, meeting the requirements of safety, environment and quality, ensuring a timely supply to external and internal customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the Production and Deliveries Plans. Establish policies and processes in order to improve the flow of material in the plant resulting in reduced lead-time and increase security of delivery. Implementation of processes and systems to improve production planning. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials. Responsible for optimizing Inventory level and ensure integrity of inventory. Responsible for taking actions along with production in order to fulfill the production plan in place. Responsible for implementing customer communication processes on delays affecting orders. Producing performance reports related to production planning (Safety of Delivery Lead-time, Inventory, etc.). Participate in group projects as a representative of this plant in the area of Production Planning and Logistics. Manage logistics, warehouse and transportation. Complete the order cycle of deliveries ensuring that they are in the right place, at the right time. Keep track of metrics on safety, quality, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency, and implement improvements. Strategic Capacity Planning Enable and participate in the SIOP process. Follow-up of contractors' activities.

Education and/or Work Experience Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Min. 3 years' experience in similar position in industrial company. Advanced knowledge MRP IT Knowledge: advanced user in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP "Movex" or similar. Stock management techniques and their implementation. Languages: Required: Fluent in English. - Advanced level. Experience in environments with strong Lean culture and processes. Technical Skills/Physical Requirements Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, display business acumen, creative thinking skills, and decisive leadership. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others to achieve organizational goals. Ability to coach and develop the team.
