(Re-) allocates demanded FG stock in IDC's or local warehouses and develops performance of department and its individuals.
What you will do Is a Role Model for SafetySecure safety and hygiene and people management according to Essity principles (GPS; 1:1)Manage, develop & Coach Supply service team and FG Warehouse teamDevelop and improve KPI e.g.
stock level, service level.Continuously improve warehouse activities and balance cost and capacity (also with external logistic service provider)Initiate and improve activities within supply chain and support and implement change of processesNegotiate supply service with logistic partners (in- and external) and maintain contactsPrepare and follow-up part of logistic budgetOwn supply service improvement projectsAllocate demanded stock based on agreed stock locationImplement optimized distribution network together with customersOwn pallet movement and pallet costOwn ISO documentation within Supply service departmentAccountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their departmentWho you are 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse and planningBachelor's degree as Industrial Engineer, Logistics or similarEnglish level: Intermediate to advancedMicrosoft OfficeSAPIdeally 5S´ or TPM knowledgeWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
