About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate the selection, specification, and contracting of painting equipment according to process plans.
Develop equipment introduction plans and timelines, overseeing the manufacturing, construction, and installation phases.
Ensure that new equipment meets production, quality, environmental, and cost goals.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth equipment implementation on-site.
Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Proficiency in English as a working language.
Degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and pay attention to detail.
